Announcement: Please be advised that due to new processes at the Courthouse, everyone entering the building will need to go through security. If you are coming to pay delinquent property taxes, please only bring a wallet/necessary form of payment. No purses/bags will allowed in the building.

UPDATE #2 - Thursday, January 22: The Show Cause Hearing that was scheduled to be in my office today is rescheduled for tomorrow, January 23, 2026 at 9:00 am. Please note that this is in the County Treasurer's Office, not in the Courts. If you are unable to make it, please call the office at 269-467-5525. Thank you.

***UPDATE – Thursday, January 22: Due to continued heating issues, the Centreville Courthouse campus will be closed for the remainder of the day. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Currently there is no heat in the Centreville Courts Building or the Historic Courthouse. We are starting with a two hr delay and hopefully the heat will be fixed. The Show Cause Hearing scheduled for today in my office will be delayed , also. Please stay tuned for updates. Thank you
