The Bibb County Conservation District's regularly scheduled board meeting has been postponed until Wednesday, February 17th at 10:00 am at The Sawmeal Restaurant, due to inclement weather. The public is welcome to attend.

The Bibb County Conservation District is now accepting applications for a $500.00 scholarship sponsored by the Alabama Conservation District Employees Association. Applicant must be a U. S. citizen, high school senior, and living in the State of Alabama. Applications may be picked up at the District office located at 183 SW Davidson Drive, Centreville, AL 35042. Bibb County 2021 Conservation Incentive Cost Share Program

Bibb County Soil and Water Conservation District has received $7,000 for the 2021 Conservation Incentive Cost Share Program. We will be accepting applications through January 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

To receive an application, please email us at [email protected], call 205-926-4360, or come by our office at 183 SW Davidson Drive Centreville.

The purpose of the Conservation Incentive Program is to provide financial assistance through cost share grants for soil erosion, water quality, forestry improvements and agricultural water improvement. This includes spraying for invasive species of plants on forestry or agricultural land.
