April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and Strengthening Families Month, and we were proud to partner with our local Community Referral Agency to provide an interactive scavenger hunt for families and children to explore together while visiting the library. Thank you to everyone who took part in the activity during the month of April, and a special thank you to Community Referral Agency for providing the following essential services for those in need in our community:

📚🎉As we close out National Library Week 2026, the Centuria Library wanted to take a moment to share some of the library joy of the past few months here in our "quiet" little small town library!
*Not so quiet🤫 if you stop by right after school, where we have been filled with our favorite group of young patrons- sharing computers, checking out books, drawing us pictures, or checking out our Spring Break arts and crafts project in the back room!*

🌻🌷And finally: Happy Spring, Centuria! We are looking forward to our Summer Reading Program and the always special Centuria Memory Days! As always, thank you so much for your support of the library, and for the joy you bring to us here with every visit, phone call, drawing, comment on our posts, borrow of an ebook or libby audiobook, or any of the other countless ways you interact with the Centuria Public Library and its staff!🌻🌷

🎃Stop by the library from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, October 31st for Trick or Treating and Halloween Fun! We'll have a Halloween Photo Op, Candy, Scavenger Hunt, and Halloween Coloring Sheets available inside the library!🎃
