VILLAGE-WIDE YARD SALE
Saturday, September 26, 2026 | 9 AM – 5 PM

The Village of Chagrin Falls is sponsoring its Annual Village-Wide Yard Sale Day on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The yard sale permit requirement is suspended for this one day only, inviting all Village residents to participate.

The Jaycees will also be hosting their Food Truck Festival downtown on the same day, making this a great day to shop, eat, and spend time in the Village.

Parking is available in municipal parking lots and on residential streets as marked.

Yard Sale and Lemonade Stand Map
An optional yard sale and lemonade stand sign-up has been organized by Village Council featuring a map of participating addresses to help shoppers find all the sales.

Sign-up is not required - the map option is only for those who would like their address listed for extra publicity — participation is completely voluntary, free, and optional.

CUYAHOGA COUNTY TO PHOTOGRAPH PROPERTY EXTERIORS
Over the next six to ten weeks (from Early September until October), the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office through our contractor Cyclomedia will update exterior photographs of properties and parcels throughout Cuyahoga County as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain current and accurate information. Our residents may see contractor vehicles operating in neighborhoods and communities countywide as the project progresses.
Cyclomedia Technologies, Inc., the contractor working on behalf of Cuyahoga County, will operate vehicles with mounted cameras that will photograph property exteriors from public streets, and in very limited cases, driveways. All images containing identifiable faces or license plates will be blurred to protect privacy. This is similar to how Google Street View vehicles currently operate.
The images collected will help to document the overall condition of properties, streets and roads, and will become part of the official property record. The images will be used by the Fiscal Office to make the valuation process more efficient.
All Cyclomedia vehicles deployed to collect images for this initiative will be clearly marked with Cyclomedia logos. In addition, contractors working in the field will carry photo identification along with a letter of authorization from Cuyahoga County.

Who does not remember The First Day of School?
Chagrin Falls Schools begin on Wednesday, August 19th.
FYI, the speed limit on East Washington Street has been reduced to 25mph.
I know that all of you support our police department in their efforts to protect our students.
May the 2026/2027 school year bring outstanding learnings, achievements and memories for all of our students and teachers.
