The 2026 Bucks County Fire Company season is back … and your Chalfont Fire Company is starting off strong with a win in the win column!

Chalfont hosted an always tough Warrington Fire Co. #1 on this sunny Sunday afternoon and won by a score of 11-3.

Chalfont Lt. 34 Kyle Schwartz was awarded the Wicked Waste Player of the Game with “Team Defense” a close second.

Good game, Warrington!

Many times we are asked about receiving old gas cans full of fuel and other hazardous/toxic materials at one of our two Chalfont Fire Company stations. Although we appreciate you all doing the right thing by asking, the answer is always "no" as we do not have the means to store or dispose of these materials.

Well, here you go! 😀

Stay safe and stay warm during this "deep freeze." 🥶

We meet every Thursday night for business meetings, trainings, or maintenance on our tools and vehicles.

Here’s a recap of a joint training we had with our friends at the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company on Thursday, May 14th!

As always, please reach out to us and ask how you, too, can join our ranks.

This is Cat.

You've met Cat before on our page as she is one of our newer members and currently in the process of becoming a State of PA certified & interior-qualified firefighter. This takes quite a bit of determination and drive. Cat is no stranger to those two traits!!!

Being a Firefighter also requires us to think on the fly and adapt to many types of situations. For instance, the picture of Cat (on the left, of course) was taken before she and her date headed to Prom. Less than 12-hours later, as seen in the other half of the picture, Cat, along with two other Chalfont Firefighters, were well into "The Burn" portion of the final exam. It's during The Burn that candidates in the program demonstrate the skills they learned and practiced over the past few months ... all within live fire environments.

If you have drive, determination, and a passion for supporting your community, send us a private message here! We will get back to you shortly and answer any questions you may have for us.

Best of luck to all of the Firefighters taking their final Burn and Practical Skills testing this weekend!

You got this!
