Parent-Teacher Conferences on September 23

Frontier Jr/Sr High School students are not expected to attend school on Wednesday, September 23. Teachers will be available to meet with parents from 11:30 AM-7:00 PM for Parent Teacher Conferences.

Conferences are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged! This is a great opportunity to connect with your student’s teachers, ask questions about the classroom, discuss grades and expectations, and hear about what’s going well and where there may be room for improvement.

Please call Christy McMindes at 219-984-5437 to schedule a convenient time.

We encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with our teachers and support student success!

It’s Wednesday, and there is plenty to celebrate around Frontier Athletics this week! Some wins showed up on the scoreboard, some came with medals and championships, and some were simply great experiences and opportunities to grow.

Junior High Football got things started at the Conference Jamboree Thursday night. It was all about getting on the field, competing, gaining experience, and continuing to grow as a team. A great night for our young Falcons!

Friday night belonged to our MINI CHEERLEADERS! Our Mini Cheer Camp participants put on a fantastic performance! A huge shoutout to our High School and Junior High cheerleaders for working with our future Falcons!

Saturday morning our Falcons were right back on the football field for JV action against Winamac and came away with the WIN!

And Cross Country had a BIG Saturday! Our Junior High Boys were CHAMPIONS, while our Junior High Girls finished 2nd! Individual JH award winners included Abby, Kinley Bunch, Caylyn, Sabrina, Preston, Nick, Eli, and Daniel. At the high school level, our Girls finished 4th and Boys finished 5th, with Kevin and Ryleigh earning individual awards. What a day for Frontier Cross Country!

And sometimes a win happens before you ever step onto the court. Our Varsity Volleyball team headed into Saturday’s Tri-County Invite with plenty to smile about and the opportunity to compete together as a team. There was a little extra excitement surrounding this group as they took the court Saturday morning, and then they went out and made the most of it, finishing the tournament 3-1 on the day! 🏐

That tournament performance followed another great night earlier in the week when Varsity Volleyball defeated Bethesda Christian in three quick sets!

Congratulations, Falcons! Keep working. Keep growing. Keep showing up for each other. And keep WINNING!
