Specializing in fair chase hunts for free ranging elk, we offer both private land hunts in Northern New Mexico and pack-in public land hunting in Southern Colorado. In addition to the fall hunting schedule, summer activities in the beautiful Chama Valley include guided fishing on private water, horseback trail riding, and an all-inclusive guide school. Just across the border in Southern Colorado,

we offer elk and mule deer hunts in the Rio Grande National Forest. This is the real wilderness experience in excellent elk hunting areas! Make this summer vacation a true adventure! Grab your hat, boots and chaps and head to Northern New Mexico for an Outdoor Adventure Vacation with Fishtail Ranch Outfitters. Expert guides and instructors will be here to facilitate a memorable experience for you or your group whether it's one of our 3 day Outdoor Adventure Camps, a hands on Guide School, or just a day of trail riding or fly fishing on our private water.
