LFCDC’s first Governor’s House has officially been delivered, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome this new addition to our community. This is a special milestone, and we can’t wait for the family to move in and start making memories in their new home.

Driving through South Dakota, Cory Hepola is wowed by the gorgeous “Dignity of Earth and Sky Statue” overlooking the two small towns of Chamberlain and Oacoma. Wondering why this statue is HERE, Cory jumps off the Interstate and learns about the Native Culture at the Akta Lakota Museum and finds St. Joseph Indian School next door. As he explores this historic region (along the Missouri River), Cory helps fix an Irrigation system on a local farm, prepares Beef Jerky at a popular small business downtown, and finds an important connection at the new school.
