Over the past year, Sue and Dori have gone above and beyond to create a nurturing and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Through their consistency, care, and individualized support, they have ensured that every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed.

Whether adapting to the needs of their classroom, supporting one another, or finding new ways to help children flourish, Sue and Dori continually put children first. Their teamwork and commitment have provided a strong foundation for the children and families they serve, creating a classroom environment filled with learning, stability, and love.

Today we’re recognizing Anna (Master Teacher) and Amber (Assistant Teacher) also known as “The A Team” at our WASHS location for the incredible dedication, compassion, and teamwork they bring to their classroom each day.

This school year has brought unique challenges, but Anna and Amber have remained committed to helping every child succeed. They continuously research new strategies, collaborate with outside resources, and create individualized learning opportunities to support each child’s growth and development. They also work closely with families to connect them with helpful resources and support beyond the classroom.

They have created a classroom environment where children learn the importance of acceptance, inclusion, and supporting one another, lessons that will last far beyond preschool.

Their classroom is bright, engaging, and filled with meaningful learning experiences that make each study exciting and fun for all children. Even on the most challenging days, Anna and Amber continue to show up with dedication, creativity, and heart.

After spending the day caring for and teaching children in their own classrooms, they have repeatedly stepped in to support other locations, helping ensure children continue to receive the care, consistency, and learning experiences they deserve.

Greetings with a smile make every day brighter, but Fridays are extra special!

Our children and staff show up each day ready to work, and the work of a child is simple… play! Through play-based learning, children discover important social-emotional skills while doing what 😍 love most.

🌟The positive praise and encouragement from our front office staff never go unnoticed. Our children know Fridays are welcomed with smiles, celebrations, and of course… stickers too! 🌟
