At Lindsey Life Adult Day, we know those words don't mean that every day will be "perfect"... because life isn’t perfect. Some days are harder than others. Some days bring challenges, changes, and moments we never expected.

But to us, living your best life means there is still room for joy. For friendship. For purpose. For laughter. For learning something new. For getting out into the world and being part of it and knowing that you don't have to do it alone. And that's where we come in!

Lindsey Life Adult Day in Champaign is now enrolling Medicaid-eligible seniors (age 60+) for Adult Day services through the Illinois Department on Aging's Community Care Program!

✅ Available at no cost to Medicaid participants (60+)
✅ Working with Care Horizon to determine program eligibility & enroll
✅ Sign up now so services can start ASAP once eligibility for Adult Day Service is determined

What to do today:
1️⃣ Call Care Horizon at 1 (800) 626-7911 for a CCP assessment and mention Lindsey Life Adult Day Center!
2️⃣ Call Lindsey Life (217) 356-1111 to tour and start registration.
