NIKA House NIKA House Orthodox Christian Center is a ministry of the Orthodox Christian Alumni in Action at the University of Illinois. Fr. A chapel is dedicated to St.

It is the home of the Orthodox Christian Fellowship student organization. NIKA House is located on south Lincoln Avenue at the east side of the campus. During the academic year, Orthodox Christian students meet weekly for discussions concerning their faith. Michael Condos of Three Hierarchs Church, Champaign, is the spiritual director for the center. The center includes offices for the house direc

tor, the Orthodox Christian Fellowship (OCF), and the priest. Philip the Apostle. An Orthodox library area is open for studying. A lounge area, dining section, and kitchen are available for student gatherings. Parking is available behind the building and across the street.

Some excitement at NIKA last week. 80 mph winds broke off a huge limb from our cucumber magnolia tree. Knocked down power lines and damaged the roof where power lines connected. Had electricians, roofers, and tree service over. Repairs made and mess cleaned up. Unfortunately the tree will have to come down soon.
