New Year Reset: Glow-Up & Future Me Lab (Grades 5–8)

Start the new year with intention, confidence, and creativity! This 3-hour workshop is designed specifically for middle school students to reflect on the past year, explore their strengths, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Through guided discussion, creative activities, and hands-on projects, students will build self-awareness, confidence, and a positive vision for their future!

✨ Our Confidently Me: Back-to-School Workshop was such a success! ✨

This afternoon, our amazing group of rising 6th-8th grade girls came together to build confidence, connect with each other, and get ready for the school year ahead.

The highlight of the day was our Identity Project, where each participant explored what makes them unique through art. We wrapped up with practical organizational tools and tips, a reflection circle, and of course, a group photo with their beautiful projects. 🥰❤️

We’re so proud of the creativity, courage, and joy these young women brought into the space today. Here’s to a confident start to the new school year!
