As someone who had cancer surgery twice, I wanted to thank you Senator John Hoffman for supporting folks with cancer on their journey to recovery! ❤️‍🩹

Today on National Cancer Survivors Day, we celebrate the strength, courage, and resilience of every cancer survivor. We honor those who have faced the fight, those still in the midst of it, and the families, friends, and caregivers who walk alongside them. Your stories are a reminder that hope is powerful, and every day is worth celebrating. Feel free to share the names of survivors you know and love.

To the residents of Ward 3, Champlin, thank you.

According to the unofficial results posted on the Champlin website, which await formal canvassing at Monday night's meeting, I have earned your trust and your vote.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to my husband, my volunteers, and every neighbor who opened their door to me over the last several months. Whether we spoke on your front steps or met at a community event, your experiences have been at the center of my campaign.

I also want to extend my sincere respect to my opponents. Putting your name on a ballot is not for the faint of heart. Choosing to serve is a profound commitment that requires integrity and a willingness to set aside ego to serve something greater than oneself.

While this election season has certainly been challenging, my focus remains where it has always been: on you. I want every resident of Ward 3 and the entire City of Champlin to know that I am here to listen. My door is always open to everyone, regardless of who you voted for.

Your voice matters, and I am committed to ensuring it is heard clearly at City Hall. This is especially true for folks who have expressed their feeling of being marginalized. I promise to represent this Ward with the integrity and the honor it deserves. It is time to get to work for the city we all love.

🗳️ TODAY IS ELECTION DAY, CHAMPLIN!

First, I want to say thank you to every wonderful volunteer who dedicated their time, energy, and heart to this campaign. Whether you knocked doors, shared posts, made calls, talked to neighbors, encouraged me, or simply believed in what we were building. Please know how much it means to me.

This race hasn’t been easy. I’ve been the underdog, and I’ve dealt with harassment and attacks along the way. But I kept going because Champlin matters. Ward 3 residents deserve leadership that listens and focuses on practical solutions that benefit all residents—especially those who feel disenfranchised.

I love Champlin and I believe in its future, and I think a fresh perspective can help move our city forward in a thoughtful, responsible way.

If you’ve already voted, thank you. If you haven’t yet, I would be honored to earn your vote today for Champlin City Council.

Thank you, Champlin. Let’s finish strong.

Even as I am working as hard as I can to earn your votes, I couldn't say no when a tiny puppy needed an emergency foster home in the middle of the night. Meet Tall Boy, who is in fact, not a very tall boy. But he's a very good boy who will be looking for his forever home soon. Puppy snuggles are great for stress, and this might be exactly what I need.

West River Park basketball court in disrepair, with outdated equipment, and intermittent vandalism. Families in the neighborhood are upset about this, but don’t feel this issue is taken seriously. Why is our city council not allocating monies toward these safety repairs, and why are we not proactively applying for grants for our parks? We can do better for Champlin. 🛝
