Calling all community-based artists - apply today for our Community Art Engagement Pre-Qualified List! Artists on this list may be hired to create participatory art activities at community events in Chandler in 2026-27. The deadline is Monday, June 22!

More info:
• Artists of all kinds are welcome - visual artists, dancers, musicians, theatermakers, and more.
• This is a Request for Qualifications, meaning you'll apply with past projects
• Artists who were selected for the 2025-26 list do not need to apply again
• There is no limit to how many artists can be added to the list, and several will be hired for projects with budgets ranging from $1,000-$3,000

From ranch work to rodeo stardom, Arizona’s women have made their mark on horseback— defying gender barriers and earning respect along the way. This exhibit features photographs, rodeo memorabilia, oral histories, and historical news articles that capture the spirit, skill, and determination of these trailblazing women.

The Chandler Museum will be closed Sunday and Monday the 24th and 25th as we honor and remember the Americans who sacrificed their lives during service in the U.S. Military.
