Not a lot to show except bikes and boxes of food going out to the needy from the Chandler Salvation Army. We are expecting to hand out about 500 bikes ! Lots of happy young people Christmas morning. I serve on the Board and volunteer when I can. Seasons Greetings to all !

Saturday morning at the memorial services for veterans at Valley of the Sun cemetery in. Chandler. We placed wreaths on veteran headstones and read their names out loud. Very powerful. Several hundred people were in attendance. A brief ceremony followed. Really good feeling.

Spooktacular night in downtown Chandler Friday night. Fund raiser for Chandler Kiwanis where we take out our Willie Dog cart. Terrific event for the kids. I was honored by a young lady (3 years) who showed me her candy basket and decided to present me with a piece of candy ! Too bad she can’t vote yet.

Kiwanis at the McDonald house for families who have children in the hospital. We serve up dinner for those who are available, and fill up the community refrigerator for others when they come by. There were 14 family's at the facility last night.
