▶ Playdate at the CCC 🤸‍♀️
Join us for a fun and interactive open play class!
✅ Monday, October 19 from 1-2pm (children 19-35 months)
✅ Monday, October 26 from 1-2pm (children 3-5 years)

▶ Craft Time for Parents 🖌
Join us for a fun social event for caregivers of children ages 3-5 years. A craft will be provided for parents while children participate in playtime.
✅ Friday, October 23 from 12-1:30 pm

▶ Chandler Discovery Library 🚐 📚
Join the Chandler Public Library at the CARE Center to visit the mobile library! Enjoy a story from library staff and playtime with friends.
✅ Saturday, October 24 from 10-11:30 am for children 2.5-5 years

A 6 week kindergarten readiness program in partnership with Chandler Public Library and City Government of Chandler, Arizona. If you have a 4 or 5 year old getting ready to make the leap at a Chandler Unified School District Kindergarten class soon, this class is for you!
✅ Fridays October 9 - November 13 from 10 - 11:30 am at the CARE Center

▶ Story & Craft at the CCC 🎨
Join us for a fun story and craft class for children!
✅ Monday, October 12 at 10 am (ages 19-25 months)
✅ Monday, October 12 at 11:30 am (ages 3-5 years)

▶ Family+Math workshop series ➕
Number sense, patterns, spacial sense, and more! What does it all mean and how can you help your child understand? Arizona PBS is here to help! Join us at the CCC for this series of 3 classes to help your little learners ages 2-5 become a math whiz!
✅ Mondays, October 19 and 26 and November 2 from 10 am - 12 pm

Hunger doesn't take a fall break, and our food bank has a case of end-of-summer sadness. With the weather finally cooling ❄️😅, we have a lot of empty shelves, and much like the bears 🐻 of Fat Bear Week...it's time for us to store up for the 'ber months.

You can help us with your donations and the extra good news is you don't have to wait until November! The CARE Center is open year-round, and donations are needed (and very much appreciated 🫶) on an ongoing basis.

If you want to help us prepare for our annual Thanksgiving distribution, we have a flyer for that 👇!

Chandler friends, flu season is around the corner, and our friends from Chandler Regional Medical Center are here to help!

FREE flu shots are available during immunization clinics beginning this Thursday, 9/24 at the CARE Center! Anyone age 6 months or older, regardless of insurance status, can receive a free flu shot.

Check out the flyer below for details. No appointment is needed for flu shots.

The Chandler CARE Center is preparing for its Thanksgiving Family Assistance Day and December Holiday Toy Giveaway. Families must register by Sept. 25.
