Here at Chandlerville Fire Department we have a lot of things to be thankful about.

The first and most important is the citizens in the community. You see, without the citizens there would be no reason for us to exist. They are not just a byproduct of the incidents we go to, they themselves are the mission.

Then there's the brotherhood. Without it, nothing we do would be possible. The brotherhood allows us to share in each other's success in good times, and help shoulder the weight in bad times. We find it no coincidence that such a great group of brothers could only come from such an amazing community.

From our family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving.

I just wanted to say Thank You for what you did for him on Sunday. I know he was smiling down on you guys. It was so amazing to see all the fellow FF there to show support. I had many sleepless nights when he would go out on calls. I found comfort in knowing that you guys had his back. He was very proud to have served on the CVFD. His last call on Earth brought tears to so many of us on Sunday. If there is ever anything that you need help with please don't hesitate to ask.
keep everyone safe.
