Girls Talk Math The University of North Carolina Mathematics Department is excited for the first virtual GTM camp for Applications for this summer are currently closed.

Camp will run from June 19 through June 30, 2017 (Monday-Friday) at Phillips Hall on UNC campus. The camp day goes from 9:00am to 4:00pm with early-drop off at 8:30am and after camp until 5:00pm.

We still have some spots open for camp this summer! Apply by May 15th if you're interested!

If you are unsure whether Girls Talk Math is a good fit for you/your child, then we've got you covered! Parents and students are invited to join us on May 8th at 3-4pm to learn more about our program! We'll cover who we are, our camp structure, and the math/activities that we do. If you have any questions, we'll have time for those as well. The info portion of the event will last until about 3:30pm. After that, we'll do a fun activity until 4 so you can meet some of the other potential campers!

Suzanne Weekes is a Professor of Mathematical Sciences and the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Recently she was recognized by the MAA for excellence in mentoring of undergraduate women.

Caroline Wong is the Chief Strategy Officer at Cobalt.io . She teaches cybersecurity courses on LinkedIn Learning and wrote the popular textbook "Security Metrics: A Beginner’s Guide." She was named 2019 Cyber Educator of the Year in the Cyberjutsu Awards.
