This past Saturday, Jalyssa and her Sister Queens volunteered at the Chapel Hill Ronald Mcdonald house! These houses are completely free for families to stay in as their child receives medical care at the nearby hospital. As this is a nonprofit organization, they rely on volunteers and donations which is why we are so grateful that her and my sister queens were able to go out and support these families with treats!

This past weekend Jalyssa was invited out to the Pro Football Hall of Fame to speak at the first ever Miss HBCU Teen Ruby Pageant! She completely free-styled this speech. Confidence, kindness, and creating ripples 🌊 🌊- that's what it's all about!
