New selection of books for sale on the Friends shelves at the library!
Also- we are getting ready for the Chapin Library Book Sale and donations are welcome! No more than one box at a time please! We don’t want to overwhelm the library staff or storage! It’s a great time to thin your bookshelves so you can make room to purchase more books at our sale on Monday, September 7th!

What a special Friends meeting this evening! We celebrated Spring Hill High School Senior, Anna Yeh, recipient of the $500 Judy S. Carter Scholarship. Anna we wish you all the best as you head to college in the fall!
We also had a delightful and informative guest speaker, Jessica Brim, owner of B. Moved. Jessica shared many tips for how to declutter, organize and downsize.

There are some extra plants left over from the library's plant swap if anyone is interested in giving them a new home. When I last checked there was still: aloe, beebalm, canna lilies, iris bulbs, cacti, and a few others as well. What's left is free and located under the oak tree in the front of the library. First come, first serve.
