Floyd County Auditor’s Office – Charles City, IA

Looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Clerk!

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Auditor and staff
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documents and communications
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily office operations

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Previous clerical/administrative experience preferred

Position Details:
• Up to 29 hours per week
• $20.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience & qualifications)
• Includes IPERS (Iowa Public Employees’ Retirement System)

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE

Temporary Bridge Closure – Marble Rock

Beginning June 2, 2026, the bridge in Marble Rock will be temporarily closed to allow for the removal and replacement of the bridge approaches.

The closure is expected to last approximately three (3) weeks.

Please follow the signed detour route during the closure.
