4-H Cooking Club!
Youth enjoyed learning about fruits and vegetables by making a vegetable quesadilla and fruit pizza. For our quesadillas the youth tried black beans and were challenged to add three different vegetables to their quesadilla. For our fruit pizza we learned how to separate the yolk from the egg white, made an oatmeal based crust, made a cream cheese and yogurt spread, and selected different fruit for the topping.
