Leadership Jefferson Leadership Jefferson is a program of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce

Leadership Jefferson was established in 2006 by the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce in order to educate current and future community leaders about Jefferson County's assets, opportunities, and hurdles, in order to strengthen the sense of community and ensure a prosperous future. Each September, approximately 25 community leaders begin a ten-month long program focused on education about the Co

unty, networking with other participants, alumni, and other community leaders, and leadership training.
