A good father spends $400,000 on lawyers to fight for his right to see his daughter. He has not had his day in court, nor has been able to defend himself. The court is corrupt and the deals are made in the back channels. The good are vilified, and the cabal's only concern is fees and more fees.

I moved to South Carolina from California to care for my parents. There are four siblings. I worked six days a week afternoons and evenings with no compensation until my mother died in 2013. I took care of my dad until 2020 when he died alone while screaming and yelling to be released from draconian court guardianship. During these years, my brother Mike and Linda filed petitions against our aged, vulnerable dad and dishonored him and his wishes. It is not over. Now they filed again, and will take us to court unless my brother, Mark, and I step down as heirs, and give them our portion of what little is left. They own homes, have retirement income, and don't need anything.
