Capital JROTC We are the Capital High School "Cougar Battalion" located in Charleston, West Virginia. Our Army Instructor is First Sergeant Robert Riley.

The Mission of the U.S. Army JROTC is "To Motivate young people to become better citizens."

While showcasing some of the great things we have at Capital High School, they also had the opportunity to visit both chambers of our Legislature and discuss some of their thoughts with our elected officials. Capital HS JROTC Cadets supported the Healing House giving away food right before Christmas break. The folks working at the Healing House were very professional, and kind people who really support our community.

As for the Cadets they were awesome per ususal. Cougar Nation!!!
