USA Cycling Pro Road National Championships | Road Race
Looking ahead to Sunday's Road Race, traffic impacts will be similar to those experienced today (Saturday, June 20). Bridge Rd and Loudon Heights Rd will remain part of the race route and will operate as rolling closures.
โฐ Approximate impact times: 6 AMโ5:30 PM (or end of races)
Please note that following the conclusion of Sunday's races, event breakdown and cleanup operations will begin. Kanawha Blvd, Clendenin St to Hale St will remain closed while equipment is removed and City crews complete street sweeping.

All roadways are expected to be open late Sunday.

โข Kanawha Blvd closed: Clendenin St to Wertz Ave
โข South Side Bridge closed (traffic routed via Ferry St)
โข Rolling closures on Wertz Ave, Oakridge Dr, Bridge Rd, and Loudon Heights Rd
โข Modified traffic patterns on Greenbrier St and Capitol St
โน๏ธ What is a rolling closure?
Roads remain open to traffic but may be temporarily held by CPD as cyclists approach. Once cyclists have passed, traffic will be permitted to proceed.

ฟ๏ธ No on-street parking is permitted along the race route. Vehicles must be removed by 6:30 AM. Towing will be enforced.

Interstate access remains available, except:
โข Exit 99 โ State Capitol / Greenbrier St (from I-64W / I-77N toward Charleston)
โข Greenbrier St on-ramp (near Capitol Complex) to I-77S / I-64E
๐Access information is available for Downtown Charleston, Hillcrest Dr, Oakridge Dr, the State Capitol Complex, Piedmont Rd, Four Points by Sheraton, and the Summers St Parking Garage.
