THE ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM (ACP) run by the WV Secretary of State's Office can help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking do business with government agencies and other entities without risking disclosure of their home address.

While our Office is not a crisis center, we play a small part in preventing victims from being relocated by their abuser. Learn more about the ACP here: https://sos.wv.gov/about-us/address-confidentiality-program-acp

You can contact the office directly at (866) 767-8683 and ask for the ACP Manager or email [email protected].

That’s why WV representatives are visiting the congressional offices in DC for . Thanks, Joyce and Katie, for speaking up for West Virginia survivors!
