9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Session I | Where We Are

Featuring Keynote: Ann Coulter

Featured Panelists: Sarah Huckabee, Katie Packer Gage & Jenny Beth Martin

With so many recent discussions about why women aren’t moving into leadership roles, the political arena must address this issue as well. Women constitute 54% of the voting electorate, but only 24% of state legislators. Women constitute over 50% of the higher degrees, and have for decades now, but still comprise less than 15% of the boardrooms. How do we encourage young women to reach for leadership roles in what can often seem like a deck that is stacked against them? This session will also open the discussion to the need for leaders in media who are voices for women’s points of view in politics, female political strategists, and high-ranking operatives and information technology professionals who address the changing way we communicate.

10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Session II | Where We Go

Featuring Keynote: Star Parker

Featured Panelists: Rosemary Barbour, Deneen Borelli & Casey Black DeSantis

The GOP has failed to fully tap into its growing base of minority leaders, and this has contributed to its failure to appeal to a broader audience. Conservatives recognize the need to find new candidates to move the Party forward and who mirror America’s rapidly changing demographics. This panel will feature leaders who have overcome great challenges and have succeeded in their respective fields. Hear them share their stories and offer solutions for bridging the gap. Additionally, panelists will discuss solutions for messaging and recruitment efforts. Served Lunch with Keynote Speaker – 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

1:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Session III | The Future

Featuring Keynote: Dana Loesch

Featured Panelists: Karin Agness, Alex Smith, Francesca Chambers, Meagan Hanson

In 2012, capturing the youth vote was considered one of the GOP’s greatest weaknesses, but by empowering active young leaders we can turn a deficit into the party’s greatest asset. This session will focus on what the millennial generation can teach the Grand Old Party, from how to communicate in a digital age to what messages resonate most with a post 9/11 generation coming of age in a time of record unemployment, mounting debt, skyrocketing student loans and rising healthcare costs, in a hyper-connected society.

3:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Session IV | Lessons Learned from Congresswomen

Featuring Panelists: Congresswomen Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Renee Ellmers (R-NC) & Kay Granger (R-TX)

The 113th Congress has earned its spot in the history books, with a record number of 98 women, representing their states at the national level. Though they are far from the majority in Congress, these women bring a breadth of experience and expertise to their roles and a desire to make positive change. What impact will this have on the tone and tenor of our legislature? And, could that number of Congresswomen increase if the GOP would invest in female leaders around the Country? What are we currently doing now to solve this problem, and where are we falling short? Listen to leading women in Congress elaborate on this issue and learn from their experience.

4:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Session V | What It Takes

Featuring Keynote: Sharon Day

Featured Panelists: Deneen Borelli, Barbara Cegavske, Katie Stine, Katrina Shealy, Tricia Pridemore, Leslie Rutledge

Reaching women at the state and local level is vital if the GOP is to be successful. At the state and local level, policy changes more quickly, as states and local areas have to remain competitive and address core issues of their constituents. With women in leadership in these areas, they are able to hone the skills to make them successful and effective in moving positive changes forward. This is a great breeding ground to invest in upcoming leaders who can also move to the national level. Also, the state and local level offer the GOP a place to learn from its prior success in winning elections. How do those campaigns appeal to women and inspire action? This panel will include leading GOP women who have triumphed at the state and local level, discussing qualities, attributes and attitudes successful women in politics, media and business.
