Governor Patrick Morrisey has already signed SB 724 and today is the deadline for him to act on the rest of our bills that support EMS in WV. We are particularly supportive of HB 5168 (permanent funding), HB 5212 (WV Invests) and SB 645 (out of network insurance reform).
Please share if you support Governor Morrisey making historic change for EMS in WV by signing each of our priority bills.
Exciting news! 🚑 We are just a few strokes of Patrick Morrisey's pen from major improvements for EMS across West Virginia.
Thanks to legislation providing permanent state funding, updated insurance laws, better retirement benefits, more education grants, and the Rural Health Transformation Program, we’re on the brink of historic change for emergency medical services.
