ning body of the Democratic Party for and of Kanawha County, West Virginia. Our mission is to serve the community of Kanawha County as an all-volunteer organization, designed to acknowledge, promote, and unite Democratic women and supporters, in partnership with the West Virginia Federation of Democratic Women, Inc. (www.wvfdw.org), for the overall democratic success of Kanawha County, the State of West Virginia, and the United States Democratic Party. The Kanawha County Democratic Womenโs organization boasts a proud and vibrant history of dedicated women of all ages, from all walks of life, working in tandem to promote the ideals of the Democratic Par-ty. Known as the Democratic โworkhorse of the countyโ, nearly one thousand women have come together in Kanawha County through many decades, contributing strong work ethics, outstanding leadership, and loyal support through belief in the Democratic principles.
