Help families understand the "why" behind process art! 🎨

When children bring home artwork that looks different from everyone else's, that's something to celebrate. Process art focuses on creativity, exploration and self-expression rather than creating identical finished products. Every mark, colour choice and creative decision reflects a child's unique thinking and learning journey. 🌈

Our FREE Process Art Family Letter is a wonderful way to help families understand the value of play-based learning, why educators don't always provide a finished example, how messy play supports development, and how they can encourage creativity at home with meaningful conversations. 🗒

By sharing the purpose behind process art, we can build stronger partnerships with families and help everyone celebrate the process not just the final product. 💭

For Child Care Center Directors…

https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1516963450470967&id=100064719789091

You earned the title of director at your child care center because you're exceptional with children and families. Now you're learning staffing, budgets, compliance, enrollment, and a hundred daily decisions. Leadership is its own skill, one worth developing just like the ones that got you here.

Ready to Lead, our 4-month leadership academy for new center directors in Illinois, is built to help you move from reacting to leading.

88% of participants said Ready to Lead made them better equipped to navigate the transition from peer to supervisor.

Learn more about our Fall 2026 cohorts in Lisle, IL, and Bloomington, IL, and apply before August 21.
