Our offices will be closing early this Thursday, July 2nd (half-day) and will be fully closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. We will resume normal operations on Monday, July 6th.
Why the early start? Our team is heading out to enjoy the Capital City Celebration at the State Capitol Complex! The festivities kick off this Thursday, featuring free rides on the massive, 230-foot America250 Ferris wheel, live music, local food trucks, and nightly 3D light shows. We are Hiring! Temporary Shredding Operator – West Virginia State Records Center
We are seeking a dependable individual to join our team in a role critical to maintaining the security and integrity of state records. This is a temporary position perfect for someone who values precision, confidentiality, and an active work environment.

The Role:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Key Duties: Operating industrial shredders, physical handling of record boxes (40–50 lbs), and data entry for disposal tracking.
Requirements: Physical stamina, basic computer literacy (Google Drive), and a valid driver’s license.
