This bill allows certain new residents of West Virginia and military spouses to apply for professional licenses ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ž๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, provided they meet specific criteria and are already licensed in another state.
