Carolina Voyager Charter School Carolina Voyager Charter School is a K-8 charter serving students throughout Charleston County, SC We have moved to 721 Wappoo Road as of July 2016.

Carolina Voyager Charter School will successfully launch young explorers in kindergarten through grade 8 for success in high school with a unique learning methodology. The school will implement national best practices of technology learning with teacher-led instruction in a school culture that also nurtures social and emotional learning needed for students’ 21st century journey. We are so excited to celebrate Ms. Copley, one of our wonderful new 1st grade teachers, as our August Teacher of the Month! 🎉💙❤️

Ms. Copley has jumped right into her first year at Carolina Voyager and is already making such a positive impact on her students and our school community. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and care for her first graders have certainly not gone unnoticed!

And because a Funky Friday wouldn’t be complete without a little friendly competition… we brought the PARENTS into the mix for our Funky Friday Spirit Stick Challenge! 😂🙌 Nothing like a little family participation to take the school spirit up another level!

Our students are putting their problem-solving skills to work across the grade levels! 💚

🔢 3rd Grade students are building strong number sense by comparing whole numbers.

📝 Ms. Barielle’s class is sharpening their real-world math skills by estimating to solve word problems.

➗ Algebra 1 students are stepping up the challenge and solving equations with variables on both sides.
