We have experienced impacts to our ground operations as a result of the severe weather that moved through the region on July 21, particularly from our Randolph County base.

Due to flooding and hazardous road conditions, transports moving west along the Route 33 corridor have been restricted. Operations moving north from the Braxton County base have also been challenging.

Several ambulances transporting patients encountered impassable roadways caused by rising floodwaters and mudslides. In each case, crews safely utilized alternate routes to complete their transports and returned to service without incident.

All patients and crew members remained safe throughout these operations.
