Patchy dense fog has developed in some areas overnight. Use caution and be prepared for changing visibility if driving this morning. Thereafter, a meandering front will bring additional rounds of showers and some storms through Wednesday. Locally heavy downpours could lead to instances of flash flooding, especially on Wednesday. Areas that have received heavy rainfall the past few days will be most susceptible to flash flooding.
