Did you know that 1 in 4 youth who age out of foster care experience homelessness within four years?

I’m working to open the very first Peaceful Homes transitional home for young adults ages 18–21 aging out of foster care right here in our community.

✨Introducing ‘Vibe Check’ sessions by Rae
Non-profit owner of Peaceful Homes Inc.
Which will provide housing for youth aging out of foster care amongst other services!

We’re excited to offer bi-weekly sessions for students to discuss social conflicts, build life skills, and improve communication. Topics include bullying, peer pressure, hygiene, and more!

We’re looking for a partner school to host our sessions every other Thursday for 2 hours after school. We’d love a classroom or gym space to start with 6-8 students and grow from there!
