Magic Johnson, in a recent interview, said he sold at the right time! He was the last major individual franchise owner of Starbucks and owned over 125 stores. Magic said the sale of the 125 Starbucks stores netted him incredible profits, but gave him the money needed to help bid on the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2012 when the team was valued at over $2 Billion. The Dodgers are now valued over $7 Billion!
