With the exception of nine 2019 Criminal Division discs, all Discs from before 2020 have been approved & files on those discs can be purged.

Despite still being just 66% staffed, the Digital Archives Team earned our 2016 and 2018 ⭐️All Discs Approved Certificates⭐️ over the past month…. WHILE getting & staying caught up on current scanning!

My heart goes out to the family & friends of Keith Wallace, former Meck Micrographics Division team member. Keith was the first person I hired in my role as a CSC Supervisor. He had a kind heart and a helping soul.

2 of our 4 Vacancies will be filled on 8/22!

Ed Polochick leads the BSO and the Concert Artists of Baltimore Symphonic Chorale in the "Hallelujah" Chorus from Handel's Messiah December 9 & 10.

As of August 12th, instead of 5 Full Time Deputy Clerks in Digital Archives (minus 1 hour per day of coverage at the Front Desk), we will have ⚠️JUST ONE⚠️ Full Time Deputy Clerk (and 1 Assistant Clerk for 6 hours per day; part of which must be spent on Supervisory tasks & Front Desk coverage).

This will also be the situation all next week - due to unavoidable staff Leave Time.

Once our 4 vacancies are filled (ETA ❓), our pace for fulfilling File & Microfilm Requests and scanning will be further diminished via onboarding & training new staff.

Please plan accordingly. ⏳
