Hi everyone!! We created a new page and wanted to re-introduce ourselves! We are Charlotte Fire Departments Therapy (and Arson) K9s!
From left to right we have Asher, Higbee, Cat, Captain and Phoenix 🐾
Cat, Phoenix, Asher and Higbee are all trained therapy dogs who provide comfort and cortisol raising cuddles to all of our firefighters. Mental health is very important to the fire department and these K9 are a large part of our ever growing behavioral health program.
Captain is our ATF accelerant detection K9, but when he’s not working he’s a rogue therapy K9 for sure!
