AT 2026 Closing Formation

HSC Soldiers concluded Annual Training 2026 with a closing formation recognizing outstanding achievements and service. Several Soldiers took the Oath of Reenlistment, reaffirming their commitment to serve, while others were recognized with Certificates of Achievement, North Carolina Achievement Medals, and North Carolina Commendation Medals for their contributions during Annual Training and State Active Duty missions.

The ceremony also marked CPT Cook’s final Annual Training with HSC Rear Detachment. Thank you for your leadership and dedication to our Soldiers. We wish you continued success in your next assignment.

Congratulations to all award recipients, reenlisting Soldiers, and every member of HSC who helped make AT 2026 a success.

AT 2026 – AFT Day

Upon returning to home station from Annual Training 2026, HSC Soldiers demonstrated that physical readiness remains a priority by completing the Army Fitness Test. Soldiers pushed through every event, from the three-repetition maximum deadlift and sprint-drag-carry to the plank and two-mile run, showcasing the discipline, endurance, and resilience required to accomplish the mission.

The AFT is more than a test—it is a measure of a Soldier’s ability to perform under demanding conditions and remain ready to support both State Active Duty and federal missions whenever called upon.

Mission readiness starts with physical readiness.
