🌧️🚜 Career Exploration Starts Early at Eastern Hancock! 🚓🏗️🩺🎨🎶🚒
Rain certainly didn’t stop our Eastern Hancock Kindergarten and 1st grade students from having an incredible Touch-A-Truck Career Day right here on campus!
At Eastern Hancock, we believe career exploration starts early—because a student cannot aspire to a career they know nothing about. On Wednesday, our youngest Royals had the opportunity to climb, explore, ask questions, and learn firsthand from amazing business and industry partners who make a difference in our community every day.
A huge thank you to our partners who braved the weather and made this hands-on learning experience possible:
⚡ NineStar Connect
🏗️ IMI
🚧 E&B Paving
🚜 Zapf Farms
🩺 Nurse Alyssa Jenkins, St. Vincent
💙 Nurse Practitioner Hannah Kalk, Riley Children’s Hospital
🚔 Hancock County Joint Tactical Team, represented by Capt. Michael Schwamberger and Patrolman Tony Butz of the Greenfield Police Department
🩺 Dr. Paul Halter, Hancock Pediatrics

🎶 Musician Kade Hinton & Sullivan Graham
🚒 Firefighter Andy Ebbert
Your willingness to share your time, equipment, expertise, and passion helps plant seeds of possibility in the minds of our students. Because of experiences like this, our students can begin imagining themselves as future linemen, farmers, healthcare professionals, artists, mechanics, musicians, first responders, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
