Belmont Bash 2016 is almost here! This year is bigger and better (and almost certainly drier) than last year's awesome event! The streets are closed and the cars are rolling out! Polish up that classic of yours and bring it out for a great day and a great cause! .

Thanks to my new friends from Madison House, Students from UVA and Neighbors who labored today to get me.in shape for the summer! Weeding, spreading new mulch, laying new gravel at my western entrance and...unearthing my long since forgotten horse shoe pit!!

Saturday is going to look just like this...but wetter! Do I care? Couldn't care less!! (I've been 'out here' in the rain since 1897 and I'm doing just fine!).
