Charlton Permanent Firefighters Local 4023 is excited to announce our 2026 Mathews ARC 30 Bow Raffle, with the bow generously provided by R&R Sports Shop!

Even better, 50% of the proceeds will be donated to Toys for Tots in the form of toys, helping us give back to local children and families this holiday season.

Tickets can be purchased from any Local 4023 member or through Venmo:

The 2026 Mathews ARC 30 will be set up for the winner, including draw length, draw weight, and right- or left-handed configuration etc. The winner will pick up at R&R Sports Shop in Belchertown, MA.

The drawing will be held once all 150 tickets are sold.

‼️ YETI cooler raffle update ‼️

Due to some technical aspects, we have been delayed in drawing a winner for the cooler.
Drawing date will now be July 5th, hopefully around 8am or as early in the day as possible.

We apologize for the delay. We didn’t take into account the end of year vacation days. No issues with the drawing or raffle itself.

Today, the members of Local 4023 pause to honor and remember the brave service men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Their courage gave us our today, at the cost of all their tomorrows. This Memorial Day, we stand united in gratitude and remembrance for those who gave everything for our country.

We will never forget.

*The red poppy is a nationally recognized symbol of sacrifice worn by Americans since World War I to honor those who served and died for our country in all wars. It reminds Americans of the sacrifices made while protecting our freedoms. It is traditionally worn the Friday before Memorial day to honor the fallen who have worn our nation's uniform.

The members of Local 4023 would like to thank everyone who has worked towards building and supporting this years budget that was approved at town meeting last night, including the Fire Chief, Town Administrator, Select Board, Finance Director, Finance Committee, and most of all the residents of Charlton for your support in passing our new budget.

This budget will help us increase our staffing levels to begin staffing the Oxford Rd. firehouse when it’s finished and will help complete needed projects at the Power Station Rd firehouse.

In times of financial hardship for so many, we appreciate you investing your support in public safety in our community and we are proud to serve the citizens that live here and travel through our great town everyday.
