We had our final rehearsal last Thursday, and we are excited to play our first concert on Thursday in the Park. The weather looks great, so plan on joining your neighbors and friends at the park for LIVE music by the Chatfield Brass Band.

The band and library had the great honor of being inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame on May 10th in New Ulm. We met so many people and are thrilled to be joining an incredible group of Minnesota musicians. Pictured are Carmen and Jerel with our award and many band members who made the trip for the banquet.

Exciting news! The Minnesota Music Hall of Fame, based in New Ulm, Minnesota, is pleased to announce that the Chatfield Brass Band and Music Lending Library has been selected as one of seven inductees into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame for 2026. The awards will be presented at the Banquet and Induction Ceremony on April 10, 2026, at Turner Hall in New Ulm. The evening will celebrate each inductee’s history through video presentations and music. Since its founding in 1989, the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame has bestowed this prestigious honor on 223 individuals and organizations.

We are honored to celebrate our rich history and the contributions the band and library make to our SE MN communities and bands throughout the world.
