We are kicking Chatham History Month off a little early this year with Gary Nickerson of the Nickerson Family Association, who will share information and artifacts from the archaeological excavation of the site where the town's first English colonists, William and Anne Nickerson, settled c. 1664.

Artifacts from the dig are now on on display at the Library!

Lorna Dzialo is retiring! Her final day at the Eldredge Public Library will be Tuesday, June 2. After 15 years of dedicated service, Lorna will be dearly missed!

Lorna has helped countless patrons track down hard-to-find materials from off Cape and has warmly welcomed food lovers to the Reading in the Kitchen book group. She is quick to laugh and greets everyone with a friendly smile. We will miss her dependable and dedicated service. Please be sure to stop by in May to wish Lorna all the best in her well-deserved retirement.
