Located in the heart of Chatham Township, the Club features amenities and special events of interest to families, seniors and young adults alike. If you’re looking to experience an enjoyable summer -- resting your feet or building sand castles in over 8,300 square feet of soft beach sand, exercising in one of our six 25-meter swimming lanes, attending a Family BBQ or Float day then The Colony Pool Club is your summer family getaway.

Due to the forecasted rainstorms and low temperatures in our area, Colony Pool will close at 4PM on Sunday, May 24, for the safety of all members and staff.

We plan to be open tomorrow, Monday, May 25 for normal operating hours, 12-8PM. Please check back tomorrow!

We passed our inspection today at the Colony Pool Club! Big thank you to the Department of Public Works and Chatham Township for all of their hard work and dedication through this process!

We are officially ready for opening weekend and can't wait to welcome everyone back to the pool! See you there!

It's time for the 2026 Colony Pool Deep Water Badges reveal!

All members and guests ages 15 and under must pass the Deep Water Test each summer to swim in water over their heads.

🕐 Tests are held EVERY HOUR, on the hour!

Think you’ve got what it takes? Here’s the challenge:
✅ Swim 2 full lengths of the pool (50 yards total)
🏊 25 yards freestyle
🏊 25 yards backstroke
✅ Show proper stroke technique the entire time
(Freestyle arms + consistent breathing required!)
✅ Tread water for 1 full minute without assistance

Open to swimmers age 5-18, our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and fun through regular practices and friendly local swim meets. Whether your child is new to swimming or an experienced competitor, the Colony Pool Swim team offers a supportive environment to grow, compete, and make lasting summer memories!
