Caps Caps: Chatsworth Area Planning Society is a local Pool and Park in Chatsworth, IL. Caps is a pool and park in Chatsworth, IL. Caps also offers swimming lessons.

During the months of June, July, and August Caps Pool is open from 12:00-7:00pm everyday. The admission is $7 a person and 3 & under is free. Caps also offers an individual season pass for $125 and a family season pass for $250. Family passes are for immediate family members only. There is a softball/baseball field at Caps that is open to the public. The field as well as the barn and pavilion are

available to rent for family reunions, sports teams, birthday parties, etc. Next to the pool is a kid friendly play ground, tether ball, and sand volleyball. Come join our great staff for a fun filled summer!

Hey all. Just a reminder there are some fun things happening in Chatsworth tomorrow night so come on out with the fam for an early celebration of our nation's 250th anniversary. You may even see a couple of friendly faces from CAPS. Hope to see you there.

Hey all. After further evaluation of our current situation, it is with deep regret that CAPS will be unable to open for the 2026 season. We sure wish we could and know it won't be as fun of a summer without the pool for many.

That being said there will be some neat things happening in Chatsworth this summer. The ball field to the south of the pool will have T Ball games every Saturday in June. There will also be a celebration of our nation's 250th anniversary on June 26th and CAPS will be hosting the Town of Chatsworth's fireworks display. Even though there is no swimming this summer we hope you'll come out and enjoy the show. See you then.

Did you know our Pavilions and pool can be rented for parties?

Pavilion $75 per day
One hour pool rental $100
One hour pool rental and Pavilion $150
Two hours pool rental and Pavilion $200
Three hours pool rental and Pavilion $300.

Pavilion can be rented any time. Pool rentals have to occur between 5 pm and 8 pm.

Please let us know if we can reserve something for you!

Hey hey hey all! 2026 is here so that means we will be starting the hiring process within the next month. We will be looking for lifeguards with preference given to those already certified and we will be looking for concession workers too. Must be 15 to lifeguard and 14 to work in concessions. Keep your eyes open for a link to a job application. Can't wait til Summer 26 at Caps. It is going to be a great year!
