📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: LIHEAP APPLICATION UPDATE

The Office of Family Empowerment will temporarily stop accepting applications online for the 2025–2026 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) on September 25, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Please note that new applications for the 2026–2027 LIHEAP cycle will begin online on October 1, 2026.

⚠️ Our office will not be seeing clients from September 24–30, 2026, as staff participate in annual in-service training.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need assistance during this time, please contact United Way 2-1-1 or call (423) 643-6434.
