At the beginning of this year, our department made it a goal to focus on vehicle extrication during each monthly training night. Over the past several months we’ve been learning our tools, understanding their capabilities, and sharpening our skills.

Tonight, we finally got to put that training to work. Proud of the dedication and effort our members.

April 19, 1995. A day Oklahoma will never forget. Our hearts are heavy for the devastation that occurred, the lives lost, and those who were forever changed. Words could never adequately express the gratitude we feel towards those who ran toward the danger that day without hesitation—who ran toward the unimaginable to help others in their darkest moment.

We remember. We honor. We carry them with us.
